Vitamine C Acide L-Ascorbique 1000 mg GPH Diffusion, Le nom chimique de la vitamine C est l'acide L-ascorbique, forme lévogyre de l'acide ascorbique qui est seule active. C'est une vitamine hydrosoluble, chimiquement très proche d'un sucre, le glucose. Comme toutes les vitamines, elle n'est pas synthétisée par l'organisme, et doit donc être apportée par l'alimentation.
