Le charbon végétal Dietaroma est issu de bois de châtaignier carbonisé puis activé à la vapeur d'eau sous haute pression. Le bois provient de forêts françaises éco-gérées certifiées PEFC et bio. Son indice phénazone est de 15%. Reconnu par la pharmacopée européenne, l'indice de phénazone indique le potentiel d'adsorption des gaz. Ainsi, il faut 100 mg de charbon actif Dietaroma pour adsorber 15 mg de gaz.
