Conseils d’utilisation :

usage externe :
- en frictions diluée dans une huile végétale
- en inhalations pure ou en synergie avec d’autres huiles
- en diffusion en mélange avec d’autres huiles pour la prévention 
  des   rhumes et des infections respiratoires

précautions :
- déconseillé dans les 3 premier mois de la grossesse et aux enfants moins de 6 ans
- irritation cutanée possible : dilution jusqu’à 20 % dans une huile végétale
