Originaire de Chine, le riz Nérone et très apprécié des empereurs chinois, le riz Nérone ou noir est aujourd'hui cultivé en Italie. Riz complet de couleur noir grenat donnée par des pigments naturellement présents également dans la myrtille (antioxydants).

Conseils d'utilisation

Rincer et cuire 1 volume de riz dans 2 à 3 volumes d'eau à couvert pendant 55 mn puis saler. Ce riz gagne à être mélangé avec un riz long complet ( riz indica par ex).
